Extension of Surat - Varanasi- Surat Tapti Ganga Express upto Chhapra

EXTENSION OF SURAT- VARANASI- SURAT TAPTI GANGA EXPRESS TRAIN UPTO CHHAPRA

For the convenience of the rail passengers,Northern Railways have decided to extend the run of train no. 12945/12946 Surat- Varanasi- Surat Tapti GangaExpress train (five days a week) upto “Chhapra” station from 20.7.2012 as per the following programme:

The 12945 Surat- Varanasi Tapti GangaExpress train will depart from Surat station on every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 09.35 a.m. to reach Chhapra railway station at 06.35 p.m. the next day. In the return direction, the 12946 Varanasi- Surat Tapti GangaExpress train will depart from Chhapra railway station on every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 09.00 a.m. to reach Surat railway station at 06.50 p.m. the next day.

The 12945/12946 Surat- Varanasi- SuratTapti GangaExpress train will stop at Jaunpur, Shahganj, Azamgarh, Mau and Ballia stations enroute in both the directions on extended route from Varanasi to Chhapra.

With effect from 15.11.2012, the number of 12945/12946 Surat- Varanasi- Surat Tapti GangaExpress will be changed to 19045 when departing from Surat and 19046 when departing from Chhapra from 16.11.2012.

Ahmedabad – Yeshwantpur (Weekly) Special Train; Dadar - Bikaner Weekly Superfast Special Train Porbandar - Secunderabad Weekly Special Train and Bandra Terminus-Jammu Tawi Weekly Superfast Special Train Extensions

Western Railway has announced further extension of several holiday special trains. The details of the trains being run are –

Bandra Terminus-Jammu Tawi WeeklySuperfast Special Train

Train No.09021 Bandra Terminus – Jammu Tawi Weekly Superfast Special train will depart at 16.55 hrs on every Monday from Bandra Terminus and reach Jammu Tawi at 01.40 hrs on Wednesday has been further extended from 8th August, 2011 to 12th Sept, 2011.

Similarly Train No.09022 Jammu Tawi – Bandra Terminus Weekly Superfast Special will leave from Jammu Tawi on every Wednesday at 09.30 hrs. arriving Bandra Terminus at 17.50 hrs. next day has been further extended from 10th August, 2011 to 14th Sept, 2011.

The train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Bharatpur, Mathura Jn., Delhi Safderjung, Ambala Cantt, Ludhiana and Chakki Bank stations in both the directions.

The train will have I AC, AC II Tier, AC III Tier, sleeper class and II class General coaches.

Dadar-Bikaner Weekly Superfast Special Train

Train No.04728 Dadar-Bikaner Weekly Superfast Special will leave from Dadar on every Tuesday at 14.35 hrs. arriving Bikaner at 12.40 hrs. next day has been further extended from 9th August, 2011 to 30th August, 2011.

Similarly, train No.04727 Bikaner - Dadar Weekly Superfast Special train will depart at 15.00 hrs on every Monday from Bikaner and reach Dadar at 12.50 hrs on Tuesday has been further extended from 8th August, 2011 to 29th August, 2011.

The train will halt at Borivali, Valsad, Navsari, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Nadiad, Ahmedabad, Mehasana Jn, Unjha, Chhapi, Palanpur, Abu Road, Sirohi Road, Jawai Bandh, Falna, Rani, Marwar Jn, Palimarwar, Luni, Jodhpur, Gotan, Merta Road, Nagpur, Nokha and Deshnok stations in both the directions.

The train will have AC II Tier, AC III Tier, sleeper class and II class General coaches.

Porbandar - Secunderabad Weekly Special Train

Train No. 09221 Porbandar - Secunderabad (Weekly) Special train which departs from Porbandar at 23.50 hrs on every Monday has been further extended from 8th August, 2011 to 12th Sept, 2011 and reach Secunderabadat 10.30 hrs. the Wednesday.

Similarly, Train No. 09222 Secunderabad - Porbandar (Weekly) Special train which departsfrom Secunderabad at 14.50 hrs on every Wednesday has been further extended from 10th August , 2011 to 14th Sept, 2011and arrive Porbandar at 01.30 hrs. the Friday.

The train will halt at Wansjaliya, Bhanwad, Lalpur (Jam), Jamnagar, Hapa, Rajkot, Surendranagar, Viramgam, Ahmedabad, Nadiad, Anand, Vadodara, Ankleshwar, Surat, Valsad, Vapi, Vasai Road, Kalyan, Lonavala, Pune, Daund, Solapur, Gulbarga, Wadi, Tandur and Begumpet stations in both directions.

The train will have AC II tier, AC III tier, sleeper class and General II class coaches.

Ahmedabad –Yeshwantpur (Weekly) Special Train

Train No. 09405 Ahmedabad – Yeshwantpur (Weekly) Special train which departes from Ahmedabad at 19.30 hrs on every Saturday and reach Yeshwantpur at 4.00 hrs. on Monday has been further extended from 6th August, 2011 to 20th August, 2011.

Similarly, Train No. 09406 Yeshwantpur - Ahmedabad (Weekly) Special train which departs from Yeshwantpur at 6.20 hrs on every Monday and arrive Ahmedabad at 15.10 hrs. the next day has been further extended from 8th August, 2011 to 22ndAugust, 2011.

The train will halt at Nadiad, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Vasai Road, Bhivandi, Kalyan, Pune, Daund, Solapur, Gulbarga, Wadi, Yadgir, Raichur, Mantralayam, Adoni, Guntakal, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Sri Satya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam, Hindupur and Yelahanka stations in both directions.

The train will have AC II tier, AC III tier, sleeper class and General II class coaches.

Booking for extended trip train no. 09021, 09221, 04728 and 09405 will be open from 5th August, 2011.

EXTENSION OF SPECIAL TRAINS

Northern Railway announces extension of following trains

Train no.05903: Dibrugarh-Chandigarh Special(Weekly- Thursday) presently running upto28.7.11 has been extendedto run on4/8, 11/8, 18/8, 25/8, 1/9 &8/9/2011(6 trips) when departing from Dibrugarh. While in the return direction, the 05904 Chandigarh-Dibrugarh Special (Weekly- Saturday) presently running upto30.7.11 has been extendedto run on6/8, 13/8, 20/8, 27/8, 3/9, & 10/9/2011(6 trips) when departing from Chandigarh.

Train no.05281 Barauni-Adarshnagar Delhi Special(Weekly- Thursday) presently running upto28.7.11 has been extendedto run on4/8, 11/8, 18/8, 25/8, 1/9 & 8/9/2011(6 trips) when departing from Barauni. While in the return direction, the 05282 Adarshnagar Delhi –Barauni Special (Weekly- Friday) presently running upto 29.7.11 has been extendedto run on5/8, 12/8, 19/8, 26/8, 2/9, & 9/9/2011(6 trips) when departing from Adarshnagar Delhi.

Train no.03685 Gaya-Delhi Jn Special(Weekly- Thursday) presently running upto28.7.11 has been extendedto run on4/8, 11/8, 18/8, 25/8, 1/9 & 8/9/2011(6 trips) when departing from Gaya.Wwhile in the return direction, the 03686 Delhi Jn. –Gaya Special(Weekly- Friday) presently running upto29.7.11 has been extendedto run on5/8, 12/8, 19/8, 26/8, 2/9, & 9/9/2011(6 trips) when departing from Delhi Jn.

Mumbai Central – Ahmedabad Tri Weekly Superfast Train Extension

Western Railway’s has announced to run 51 more trips of 09001/09002 Mumbai Central - Ahmedabad Tri-weekly Superfast Special train for two months for the convenience of passengers.

Train No.09001 Mumbai Central – Ahmedabad Tri – weekly Super Fast Special will leave from Mumbai Central on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 22.50hrs from 2^nd Aug, 2011 to29^th Sept, 2011andwill reach Ahmedabad at 06.55hrs the next day.

Similarly, Train No.09002 Ahmedabad - Mumbai Central Tri – weekly Super Fast Special will depart from Ahmedabad on every Wednesday, Friday and Monday at 21.40 hrs from 3^rd Aug, 2011 to28^th Sept, 2011and will reach Mumbai Central at 05.45hrs the next day.

Enroute the train will halt at Borivali,, Surat, Vadodara, stations in both the directions.

This Train will have AC II tier, AC III tier, II sleeper and general coaches.

The booking of extended trips will open on 31/07/2011.

TWO MORE TRIPS FOR 03125/03126 KOLKATA-DELHI WEEKLY SUPERFAST TRAIN

Northern Railways has announced to extend the run of 03125/023126 Kolkata-Delhi Weekly Superfast Special train by two more trips to clear the extra rush of rail passengers during summer.

The 03125 Kolkata-Delhi Weekly Superfast Special train will depart from Kolkata on 18.07.2011 and 25.07.2011 (2 trips - Monday) at 12:15 pm to reach Delhi at 11:55 am the next day. While in the return direction the 03126 Delhi-Kolkata Weekly Superfast Special train will depart from Delhi on 19.07.2011 and 26.07.2011 (2 trips-Tuesdays) at 7:10 pm to reach Kolkata at 5:20 pm the next day.

Consisting of One A.C 2 Tier, One A.C 3 Tier, Five sleeper class, Four second class and Two Second cum Luggage cum Brake Van Disabled Friendly coaches, the 03125/03126 Kolkata-Delhi-Kolkata Weekly Superfast Special train will stop at Asansol, Dhanbad, N.S.C.B Gomah, Koderma, Gaya, Dehri-on-Sone,Sasaram, Mughalsarai, Allahabad and Kanpur stations enrout in both the directions.
