South Central Railways Southern Zone Public Time Table from July 2012

South Central Railway has released the Southern Zone Time Table which comes into effect from 01st July, offers much cheer for the Passengers of South Central Railway.  The salient features of announcement of new time table are following:

New Trains: 15 of the 75 new Mail/Express Trains announced in the Railway Budget-2012-13 will originate from S. C. Railway and another 10 would pass through this Railway. Thus, 1/3rd of the total Mail/Express trains to be introduced during the FY 2012-13 would be available for the Passengers of S. C. Railway. Allotment of such high percentage of trains for SCR has never been done in the past. These trains will be introduced in a phased manner in the current Financial Year.

Extension of Trains: Apart from New Train Services, this Time Table features the extension of 3 Originating Trains and 1 pass through Train and increase in frequency of 8 Originating / Terminating Trains and 4 pass through Trains over SCR. There will be change in the Days of operation for 5 Weekly Trains o­n SCR.

Change in the Schedule: Changes in the present schedule of timings have been effected in respect of 4 of the SCR's trains, viz.,i) Tr. No 17429 Hyderabad- Tirupathi Rayalaseema Express ii) Tr. No 12485 Nanded- Shri Ganga Sagar Express, iii) Tr. No 12732 Secunderabad - Tirupathi Express and iv) Tr. No 17415 Tirupathi - Kolhapur Haripriya Express.

Speeding up of Trains: 12 Trains have been speeded up by reducing their travel time ranging from 10 minutes to 80 minutes. Arrival / Departure Timings of some of the Trains at individual Stations have been changed in 12 cases

Change of Terminal: Change of terminal has been effected from the present Secunderabad to Kachegudafor 2 Trainsviz., - i)Tr. No 57426 Guntakal - Secunderabad Passenger andii) Tr. No 57473 Secunderabad - Bodhan Passenger.

Change in Train Number: Train Numbers of 4 Originating / Terminating Express Trains and 14 Express Trains passing through SCR have also been changed with effect from various dates in August and October.

1. With effect from 19.09.2012, Train No.22849 Shalimar-Secunderabad Express will leave Shalimar o­n Wednesday instead of Friday and will arrive Secunderabad o­n Thursday instead of Saturday.

2. With effect from 21.09.2012 Train No.22850 Secunderabad-Shalimar Express will leave Secunderabad o­n Friday instead of Sunday and will arrive Shalimar o­n Saturday instead of Monday.

b) Change in Days of operation of Pass Through Trains

1. With effect from 21.08.2012, Train No.22604 Villupuram- Kharagpur will leave o­n Tuesday instead of Monday

2. With effect from 23.08.2012, Train No.22603 Kharagpur-Villupuram will leave o­n Thursday instead of Wednesday.

3. With effect from 08.10.2012, Train No.12214 Delhi Sarai Rohilla-Yesvantapur Duranto Express will leave o­n Delhi Sarai Rohillaon Monday instead of Wednesday.

V- Changes in complete Time Schedule of 4 Mail/Express Trains with effect from 1st July, 2012

Enroute, this train will depart Vikarabad at 20 20 hrs, Raichur at 00 40 hrs, Guntakal at 02 25 hrs, Gooty at03 00 hrs,Anantapur at 04 15 hrs, Dharmavaram at 05 10 hrs, Kadiri at 06 18 hrs, Mulakalacheruvu at 06 52 hrs, Mananapalli at 07 36 hrs, Kaligiri at 08 05 hrs, Pileru at 08 25 hrs, Pakala at 09 42 hrs and arrive Tirupati at 10 35 hrs instead of 09 30 hrs o­n the next day.

3) Train No. 17415 Tirupati-Kolhapur Haripriya Express will depart Tirupati at 21 00 hrs instead of 20 30 hrs. Enroute, this train will depart Renigunta at 21 22 hrs, Koduru at 22 00 hrs, Obulavaripalle at 22 12 hrs, Pullampet at 22 21 hrs, Rajampet at 22 35 hrs, Nandlur at 22 52 hrs,Cuddapah at 23 40 hrs, Kamalapuram at 00 01 hrs, Yerraguntla at 00 18 hrs, Muddanuru at 00 30 hrs, Kondapuram at 01 00 hrs, Tadipatri at 01 30 hrs, Gooty at 02 40 hrs Guntakal at 03 10 hrs, Bellary at 04 25 hrs and arrive Kolhapur at the existing timings of 16 35 hrs o­n the next day.

4) Train No.12485 H.S.Nanded-Sri Ganganagar Express will depart HS Nanded at 11 00 hrs instead of 23 30 hrs. Enroute, this train will depart Purna at 11 50 hrs, Hingoli at 12 59 hrs, Washim at 13 49 hrs,Akola at 16 05 hrs and arriveSri Ganganagar at 22 40 hrs instead of 10 55 hrs. o­n the second day.
